Save the Date!  Please join us for our Seventh Annual Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum Benefit Extravagaza on Thursday, August 30, 2012. 

The theme this year is Racers and Record-Setters!  It celebrates the automobiles, the engineers and mechanics as well as the talented me who drove them, defying death to achieve their legendary and fabled stories.

The event is the museum's kick off to Labor Day weekend in Auburn when 200,000 car collectors and admirers arrive in Auburn, Indiana.   It begins with comaraderie and a silent auction in the original, ornate 1930s art deco showroom of the Auburn Automobile Company, then a gourmet dinner, followed by a benefit to support the not-for-profit museum and auction of eight or more collector automobiles, none of which are from the museum's collection.  

The Benefit Extravaganza is the museum's premier fundraiser each year. All proceeds benefit the educational programs and operations of the Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum.  The benefit is essential to keep the doors open and to care for the world reknowned collection.

info@automobilemuseum.org. This event is so much fun that people reserve tickets a year in advance, and the quantity is limited.  Last year, over 352 people attended the event! The price per ticket will remain $150 for 2012.
