The Dekko Foundation Pledges $150,000 in Matching Funds to Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum’s Capital Campaign

The Auburn Cord Duesenberg Automobile Museum is proud to announce that The Dekko Foundation has recently pledged up to $150,000 in matching funds to the museum’s capital campaign, The Road Ahead.  The Dekko funds will provide a 1:1, dollar for dollar, match to gifts made by individual and corporate donors in northeast Indiana.

“We are grateful that The Dekko Foundation chose to make an investment in the museum’s growth and future and in the northeast Indiana community in this way. We are eager to use these funds to spur community gifts from northeast Indiana donors with this incentive that will double their impact for the museum,” said Debbie Hickman, development director.

“We are thankful to the many generous donors who have made this campaign so successful, so far—helping us in the quest to conserve museum collections and make the history here much more accessible and engaging for visitors of all ages. The Dekko Foundation’s pledge will help us take the campaign to completion. The campaign, only the third in the museum’s nearly 40-year history, will help ensure, on many levels, that museum will be here for hundreds of years as a prime example of American automotive history that took place right here in northeast Indiana,” said Laura Brinkman, museum executive director.

To learn how you can double the impact of your gift to The Road Ahead campaign, please call Laura Brinkman or Debbie Hickman at 260-925-1444.
